6.1 Mustering SignInEasy App
- User can Create multiple configurable mustering zones to represent specific areas, floors, buildings, or departments within a facility.
- User can Register employees and visitors by capturing essential details such as name, contact information, and photo ID.
- User can Check in and out of mustering zones using credentials or mobile devices, with automated options like access card data or geolocation.
- User can Initiate manual or automatic emergency alerts and evacuations, notifying individuals to muster at designated zones with relevant instructions.
- User can Track mustering status in real-time, including the number of individuals checked in, checked out, and those yet to muster.
- User can Generate detailed reports for each zone, including user lists, mustering status, timestamps, and archived historical data to meet compliance requirements.
- Mustering is now developed for the SignInEasy App, consistent with its implementation in the Splan Visitor Management web version.
6.2 Event Data Integration
Enhanced event management by pulling real-time data from Access Control Systems:
- Splan-Agent Updates: Subscribes to Lenel event streams and pushes data to the queue for processing.
- Event-Processor Changes: Processes Lenel events and stores badge details within the Splan system via API integration.
6.3 Mustering Appointments from Event Data
Automatically creates mustering appointments by fetching current employee data from the SP_BADGE_EVENTS table, simplifying attendance tracking during emergencies or drills.

- 1 Group Registration Notification Template: Group registration notifications for visitors and sponsors are now automatically generated by default during new instance creation, eliminating manual configuration steps.
