Sales Representative

Southern California / Remote

The Sales Representative will develop and execute sales strategies and plans to meet sales targets. They will be responsible for driving new product sales through Splan’s Partner Channel, leveraging a consultative sales process to identify client needs and deliver value.


Territory (Subject to Change)

Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Kern, Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, and Imperial counties


Responsibilities
  • Drive new product sales through the Splan Channel Partner Program.

  • Identify and assess client needs using a consultative approach.

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.

  • Generate 20-30 direct customer meetings monthly from multiple sources (Partner leads, inside sales, web leads).

  • Demonstrate and differentiate Splan solutions with a focus on clear value propositions.

  • Collaborate with Channel Partners to expand and maintain business in the assigned territory.

  • Work closely with Marketing and Business Development teams to drive lead generation and market awareness.

  • Support channel planning processes and forecasting for the assigned territory.

  • Document forecasts, activities, and opportunities accurately in the CRM system.


Who we're looking for
  • Proven experience in security product sales, preferably in the enterprise electronic security industry.

  • Exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

  • Candidate based in Los Angeles.
