The Sales Representative will develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets. This role focuses on driving new product sales through Splan’s Partner Channel, leveraging a consultative sales process to understand and address client needs.

Drive new product sales through the Splan Channel Partner Program.
Identify and assess client needs using a consultative approach.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
Generate 20-30 direct customer meetings per month from various sources, including Partner leads, inside sales, and web leads.
Clearly differentiate Splan products from competitors by highlighting unique value propositions.
Collaborate with Channel Partners to expand and maintain business in the assigned territory.
Partner with Splan Marketing and Business Development teams to drive lead generation and increase brand awareness.
Support channel planning processes and forecasting for the assigned territory.
Document forecasts, activities, and opportunities accurately in the CRM system.
Proven experience in security product sales, preferably in the enterprise electronic security industry.
Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
