Sales Representative

The Sales Representative will develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets. This role focuses on driving new product sales through Splan’s Partner Channel, leveraging a consultative sales process to understand and address client needs.

Responsibilities
  • Drive new product sales through the Splan Channel Partner Program.

  • Identify and assess client needs using a consultative approach.

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.

  • Generate 20-30 direct customer meetings per month from various sources, including Partner leads, inside sales, and web leads.

  • Clearly differentiate Splan products from competitors by highlighting unique value propositions.

  • Collaborate with Channel Partners to expand and maintain business in the assigned territory.

  • Partner with Splan Marketing and Business Development teams to drive lead generation and increase brand awareness.

  • Support channel planning processes and forecasting for the assigned territory.

  • Document forecasts, activities, and opportunities accurately in the CRM system.


Who we're looking for
  • Proven experience in security product sales, preferably in the enterprise electronic security industry.

  • Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

  • Candidate based in Chicago.
