Professional Services - Project Manager(2 Yrs. to 4 Yrs. )

Job Description :

The Professional Services project manager manages key client projects, implementing Splan products. The responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and scope. Oversee all aspects of Splan’s ongoing customer and partner facing projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare regular reports for management regarding status of all active projects.

The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.

Must require a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in the security software industry. Must have product implementation experience. Familiar with a variety of the security industry’s concepts, practices and procedures. Perform a variety of tasks. Lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and self motivation is expected. Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Reports to CTO.


Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects at customer site
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives during pre-sales process, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

Developing and executing sales strategies and plans in order to achieve sales targets. Driving new product sales through the Splan Partner Channel.


Responsibilities :

  • Driving new product sales through our Channel Partner Program.
  • Identifying and evaluating the client’s needs through a consultative sales process
  • Generating 20-30 direct customer meetings per month through different sources including Partner leads, inside sales leads, web leads, etc.
