The Customer Support (BPO) professional will handle customer queries, resolve issues efficiently, and provide exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

  • Troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions.

  • Document customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues.

  • Work collaboratively with teams to improve customer service processes.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.


Who we're looking for
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer support within a BPO environment.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in customer service tools and CRM platforms.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.

  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
