5-8 years of experience in technical support.
Strong knowledge of networking, system administration, or software troubleshooting.
Proficiency in tools like Jira, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
